Learning Producers, W.I.L.D., CES & Ireland
Elliott Masie activities and projects in the Learning Field.
We are Learning Producers!
Over the past five decades, I have evolved and stretched my role and brand in the field of learning. The phrase Learning Producer is a wonderful description of a fresh view of what we, as learning professionals do:
Learning Producers curate and assemble content and learning activities!
Learning Producers design and develop powerful learning experiences!
Learning Producers add energy, excitement and engagement!
Learning Producers facilitate collaboration, interaction and connections!
Learning Producers assess and measure learner’s needs and responses!
Learning Producers manage the learning ecosystem and environments!
Learning Producers harvest fresh content, context and relevance!
Learning Producers balance corporate needs with learning realities!
Learning Producers investigate new learning innovations & models!
Learning Producers integrate the best of technology with great design!
Learning Producers use data to shape, improve and personalize learning!
Learning Producers plan the financial and cost factors of learning decisions!
Learning Producers bring EMPATHY, EFFECTIVENESS & IMPACT to learners!
Learning Producers create awesome Learning for Learners & Organizations!
The role and title of Learning Producer can be a powerful way to describe the wider range of skills and projects that a learning professional tackles. From a career perspective, it may open more doors and opportunities than “instructional designer”. In 2023, I will be hosting a range of virtual and in-person activities to promote the role of Learning Producers and Innovation in our changing field. Stay tuned!

Join Elliott Masie & Learning Colleagues at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas in January!
Each January, I report on the latest technologies from CES - The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Over 125,000 people from around the world gather to see and experiment with the widest range of Technologies.
This year, I would like to host about 25 to 40 Learning Leaders for one day of the high tech show. I will preview the thousands of tech innovations and then lead the group on a guided interactive tour - exploring how new technologies might impact the learning and development field. For example, changes in Immersive Tech, Robotics, AI, Interactive Screens, Facial Recognition and more.
CES has a $100 charge for attendance and there is no fee for our one day together. If you are interested, please send a note to me at emasie@masie.com and we can discuss the shared exploration.
