Great post! I lead a Curriculum Curation function, which we create about a year ago as part of a strategy to centralize L&D to create even more value for the business. This function has allowed us to really progress towards our goals of making learning accessible and personalized to accelerate both career and business growth. We have more work to do in 2022, but would welcome a conversation with anyone exploring a curation role in L&D!
